We had a problem with failed delivery on the Friday (I only had the option to select Monday for redelivering which was too late for fitting purposes) and they sorted everything resulting in a Saturday delivery. I wouldn't have faulted them on the delivery as that wasn't their fault however, they should definitely pride themselves on their customer service going above and beyond.
