However, coiled cord is of quality, ringer is just right and receiver has loud and standard vol switch under phone so it worked out fine......plus it is a beauty and made to spec. It is plastic so it's light and breakable but may not crush your toe if it falls on it so all is good. Thank you for the great price and fast shipping.
