I wash them with a soft sponge, low heat, and use a silicone spoon, I always add a little oil. I do not recommend them for frying with a lot of oil, I have tried it before, and they do not work. They have worked very well for me, and I continue to buy them.

Unfortunately the pan itself arrived damaged. It was dented but not from shipping. It was a manufacturing defect that should have been caught by the manufacturer. I can't blame the seller for that and the seller did provide a full refund.
