The round pins slid off the surfaces I was trying to use it on. Also, continuous pressure is needed on the pins. It would be great if they could be locked in place once contorted. I hope to find something this might work with.

Because they sent me "Prettyy Gurl" when it should have been "Pretty Gurl". Pretty should have only one "y". At this point, due to their failure to communicate with me, I am requesting a full refund.
