    The wind chimes was exactly as described, sellers kept me informed on the status and delivery was promised. It was a great value and exact replacement for my wife's that was damaged by high winds. The wind chimes were well packaged to protect against damage in shipping. Also, included a very nice handwritten note of appreciation of supporting small businesses. Highly recommend buying from bargaininghumbug.

    No reflection on Seller. This is actually a positive review for the seller! Probably worked hard for their rating. The item arrived new in box, but the base does not rotate. I have already looked at reviews (now), and Sarah Peyton is not worth the time. I blame manufacturer. The service the Seller provided in getting the item out was top-notch. A+++.
