Arrived a day earlier than expected and was packaged for shipping really well (bubble mailer inside a bubble mailer) will definitely be ordering more locks from this seller in the future

Right after I received it i notified the seller that the item is used with significant wear and tear I asked the item to be returned and if possible refund. The seller did not offer any solution. Still I have the item if seller want it for investigation.
