Battery probably a return; not even retaped securely when I recieved, plus numerous recharge cycles, like tried and returned. Item only about 30% better than my failing, constantly discharging original battery but holds a charge w/o discharging when shutdown; this is why I kept it. Cust service not great, no questions answered just offered to accept return; guess they know these are cheap. It’s what I ordered, came quickly, and is better than what I had.

Packaging was questionable because it was in a bag with a little bubble wrap. For that price it should have been packaged in a box. Hopefully it lasts for a while not like the previous one I bought from another seller that only lasted 6 months. We shall see.
