      bad seller to deal with email seller and told seller had covic in the family did not get ac installed because of covic. contacted him before 30 days was up waited until 30 days returned email saying he was going to help wanted to know what was wrong with ac compressor explained to seller and seller never replied therefore it was over 30 days ebay could not refund and go after him. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER PLEASE!!!

      Sorry you ordered the wrong part, you asked for a return label and one was provided. You never contacted us a second time and you never returned the item. eBay closes all returns that have not been sent back after 30 days, if you had actually contacted us we would have still taken the return and refunded you, but you didn't. We did what you asked in a timely manner, but you didn't do your part. SELLERS BE WARNED OF THIS PERSON!!!
