He has refunded for the dress, but has now refused to pay the return postage even though I have provided a photograph of the receipt as requested. Would definitely NOT use again. I have wasted so much time chasing this up, only to get the same response each time. Very unfair and not a very ethical ebayer.

Fits quite well (the seat it's on is quite deep), and is doing an excellent job so far. Terrific service - I am more than happy to recommend seller - I have bought the 3-seater support, too. I received a completely different shade of Green to the one which I thought I was going to receive. A lot of hassle over Returns Label from the Seller refusing to send me one. Expecting me to pay for postage and looking at Feedback the Buyer doesn't get refunded for postage. Still refusing a Returns Label to me an Ebay Agent phoned me back but still have to wait 5days to resolve
