    Aside from the vacuum being dirty and the packaging being trash from the bottom of a paper shredder, including, sharp plastic pieces, Ziplocs, tape, paper, etc., etc...The seller was quick to respond, willing to bargain and shipped fast. Item worked as advertised. My wife was very happy to get her favorite small/portable vacuum back. For that alone, I'm happy...

    I clean everything I sell other than used Auto Parts. If an item is sold "not cleaned or washed" that would be stated in the listing. For 23 yrs I have been recycling junk mail, literature. mags & cardboard--and using that for packing. If you ck my shipping prices compared to others; I'm usually cheaper. I do-not-wish to charge the buyer for shipping supplies. Its strange that this is the 1st complaint I've had. You can't please everyone!. I'm amazed he didn't complain about the new box
