This was a sealed package and the damage could not have been detected by the seller. The seller immediately refunded the purchase. I would definitely deal with this seller again.

I was able to get the battery compartment open on the watch but not the detector. I contacted the seller and informed them of the issue, but they did not seem to understand and only offered a refund of $20.
