The way it was packaged, very secure and no way it would have broken unless something heavy crushed it..the price was perfect and shipping was spot on with today's inflated shipping prices the post office requires ..she was wonderful to work with and very communicative

    Joyce was very friendly, kind and waited for me to get my gift card. She and I negotiated well and came to an agreement. I'd buy from her again if I found something I liked. Secure packing, not impossible to open. A tad smaller than described & not marked w/United Airlines but I flew UA many times & I recognize the signature colors/design. I still LOVE it. 10/10*****!!!!!

    All items are measured when listed - if it were smaller than described - it could be due to the type of measuring tape you were using. I contacted buyer about not being marked - sometimes hard to see white on white - buyer confirmed that pieces were indeed marked. Hope to see buyer in the future - appreciate the good feedback.

    Received shoes and were even better than pictures. Packed well and arrived as estimated on transaction. Very nice communication with seller. Unfortunately the shoes don’t fit and I am asking to return but I would gladly do business with this seller again and rate her FIVE star all the way.
