I have contacted them 3x about this & after the initial response I have heard nothing more from them. I have provided enough information for a warranty claim with the manufacturer but they just keep ignoring my request. The perfume bottles were in the originally sealed packaging but lids were not screwed on properly & about 1/4 to 1/2 of the perfume leaked, there is only 15ml per bottle.
