    I have never wanted to leave feedback on a purchase more than this company! Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++

    On the positive side: Item exactly as described. On the negative side: Less than acceptable communications. Sent two messages to the seller prior to shipment and both messages went unanswered and/or ignored. The item I purchased was just what I expected, therefore, a positive reveiw is being left.
