    The dvd arrived exactly as it was described/appeared on the listing. It was new and still wrapped in plastic. Dvd quality is at dvd level. Shipping was very fast and the dvd was well wrapped and protected during travel. I never needed to reach out to the seller so I cannot speak to their communication--but the fact that I didn't need to reach out is a good sign! Thank you for such a good price on this dvd. I have been looking for this miniseries for a while, and I am happy to have it.
