I have an 89 IROC-Z and it was taking up until about 2400 rpm to shift up from 2nd to 3rd which was a bit annoying at times. Just had the new Governor installed and the car drives like new, shifting early and smooth! The car is now shifting at much lower RPM which makes for a quieter and nicer driving experience, I'll probably save a bit of fuel costs too. So 10 out of 10 from me, very happy and thanks very much!
