The add had a statement "This item is being shipped in the New Package, may be in different packaging, but still the same part. I believed this to be an OEM kit, but Kohler packaging may vary. I received an aftermarket kit by Rotary. Seller was contacted, but only justified what was sent by referencing the previously mentioned statement about packaging. I payed more expecting OEM. I shipped MADE in the USA parts and not imported OEM Kohler parts, Kohler kits are not USA made but the kit I sell is Made in the USA. The customer wanted imported parts which I do not sell. I offered a refund but he wanted to keep as he should have because my made in the USA parts are better than the imported OEM he wanted.
