They helped me find out where my package was when there was tracking difficulties. The plates were EXTREMELY safe, absolutely smothered in bubble wrap and secured. The plates are in perfect condition as described. Definitely going to look good on my wall. Price was really good for the product received as well. No chips or scratches.

Had to contact seller, tracking showed package at post office, post office said they did not have package. Seller was very prompt to look into issue. Post office had misplaced item temporarily. seller offered refund, or reship, just prior to USPS finding package.
