    I recently purchased an item and had a generally positive experience. The pricing was fair, and the item was carefully packaged, arriving in what looked like brand-new condition. It worked exactly as described, meeting my expectations. However, the response time from the seller could be improved, so I’d recommend staying patient when waiting for replies. Overall, a solid transaction with room for slight improvement in communication.

    Heater arrived on time and in great condition. It was in factory box and upon opening found the heater as described and in excellent shape. Quality remains to be seen but looks to be of descent quality. Pricing was the best I could find on E-bay or from other outside sources. Usually Amazon does pretty well but not this time. Seller shipped quick and it arrived quick so I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    There was huge mix-up with shipment, but problem was quickly taken care of. The Seller went above and beyond resolving the dispute/transaction. A++++++++ Seller! Item safely safely arrived, was well packed, plus Coffee Maker was better than advertised!
