Great historical value to me, the author was captured just five days after the cover was posted at Old Point Comfort, VA. The cover was securely packaged and shipped in a timely fashion, as always.       A very intriguing, well-described correspondence from a early Winnipeg stamp dealer (heretofore unbeknownst to me), complete with offer letter & business reply envelope, for my collection. It was fairly priced (especially in view of the contents), well-protected in an acetate sleeve plus a rigid insert, and expeditiously shipped in a cover with interesting cancelled stamps. It would have been most helpful to have included the eBay receipt. Thank you nonetheless for a most pleasant transaction!
