    Seller didn't have the product they advertised for sale, and I purchased. They posted a tracking number that never left their location. They refunded me 8 days later and item now shows "out of stock". I needed the items I ordered. This unorganized seller prevented me from getting them and wasted my time. Starting over elsewhere. Zero Communication or answers.

    Hello, we did update you on the reason for cancellation. The message should be in your refund email and notification. We're very sorry. It was an unfortunate series of events, due to weather and our heat going out for 2 weeks freezing the unit over these were in and causing the loss of 10's of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise for us. Like I mentioned, we tried everything to find you replacement items with no success.

    Package was missing critical item. Package also two weeks to get 50 miles to me. I wrote polite but stern letter to seller. Seller did not respond after two weeks I bought this to use as turn key. I have had to take a full day to fabricate missing item. I am very displeased and am tired of peoples feelings getting hurt and refusing to make good when politely contacted. Condition, poor: quality less than good: appearance = ok : value = poor
