Anything in this series would be a perfect gift for a model maker, so completely is the subject visually covered., This reference with colours and fittings such as aerial wires will be a very useful reference for modellers. Even the sea mines pictured on the back of the S-100 are available in kit form from AFV Club.

Synopsis
S38b and S100 E-boats class were German fast attack craft (Schnellboot in German) built for the Kriegsmarine during World War Two. The E-boats (a British designation using the letter E for Enemy) were defined by many naval experts as the best carrying out of their category. Initially these units were called Unterseebot Zerst rer (Hunting Submarine) and Anti-Submmarine Motorboats or Armored Motorboats, as they had an important anti-submarine mission. Later the Kaiserliche Marine (imperial german navy) adopted the designation of Luftschiffmotorenboot (boat with an airship engine) or L-Boote and, therefore, from November 1917, the units became LM-Boote, with the same meaning, but their use, especially in the Baltic Sea and the North Sea, was not particularly successful., S38b and S100 E-boats class were German fast attack craft (Schnellboot in German) built for the Kriegsmarine during World War Two. I had ordered 15 items and received 4 separate packages, despite only 2 tracking numbers were provided. One package was misrouted multiple times by USPS and arrived 5 days AFTER the listing showed the item was delivered. This was due to items being in a box with a completely different tracking number not provided by seller. Sent multiple messages about the missing items and got nothing but crickets. Seller needs to provide ALL tracking numbers if order is split

UPS apparently lost the package but luckily found it a week later. It's not fair to blame the seller for that, but nevertheless it took way longer than the estimate. I did reach out, but the seller was unable to provide a meaningful update. Again, having dealt with UPS myself, I can't exactly blame them. I guess what I'd recommend is, please don't ship via UPS anymore. UPS customer service is horrible.
