Unfortunately the paper that covers the book in the box arrived ripped, unsure as to why, but that was disappointing. My only other complaint is that the item took three and a half weeks to arrive. I'm unsure if this is normal for these types of things, but I do believe I've had items shipped from the UK that took much less time. Overall, not a bad experience with this seller, but not amazing.

The communication was great and I was issued a full refund. They even held the item for me to decide what I wanted to do. A fantastic seller, superb service and I can highly recommend them to others.
