Unfortunately the quality of the heatsink base leaves a lot to be desired and will need lapping to sort out. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE SELLER!! I got 2 of these new with tape covers on them in retail packaging from them and they both suffer from a poor heatsink base. See photo's daylight between faces its so convex in shape.
