They were so gracious about the mistake and offered a great discount! Bowls were packaged well and exactly as described. Shipping was also quick and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again!

The item was very carefully packed, and was in better-than-described condition: it looked almost brand-new. I would order from this seller again. Shipping time was somewhat slow but that's NOT the seller's fault; my last three eBay purchases -- all from different sellers -- were also slow. Plus, I'm in Alaska. Everything takes forever unless you're prepared to spend a fortune on shipping.
