Shipping tracking was good and accurate, package and bit jacked up box was for the product but taped back up, was in good shape, Said never been used which looks correct, looked like it was a display. The description said it came with a pump, didn't show up with one, I contacted the seller they responded quickly and sent me one out. I will recommend them to friends for the next orders
