I sent a note to the seller that if the book was a different edition to please not send it. Very promptly, they sent multiple pictures and messages confirming the quality/edition. The book arrived wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap and in pristine condition - a like for like replacement. Very pleased with my experience and had a competitive rate. They got back to me immediately to confirm, and I received the item a few days after making the purchase and the condition was just as described in the listing. Overall a great transaction - I would definitely buy from this seller again!

The item was received damaged and there was nothing inside the box it was placed in to cushion it's transportation. I spent almost $51 and seller did not want any responsibility. I sent pictures. A few more messages back and forth after calling (no chat customer service on Ebay anymore!!) and opening a return request, they finally gave half my money back that I was asking for. They still refunded me $5 short. ($20 instead of $25)3 Simply Basic Coconut Twist Melon Delight Mango Body Mist w Vit A,C,E Aloe 8 oz (N° 127017333470)
