He uploaded tracking said it shipped but it was never scanned into the postal system. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received it and emailed him, said I wanted it. He refunded my money but he still selling them on ebay so he should have sent it. He ran a sale on ebay when I bought it and I believe he backed out on the sale because he wanted more money. He's selling them for twice as much now on ebay. Poor Customer Service!
