This device is combination VCR and DVD player, and it takes up about the same amount of space as a standard recorder. The VCR component of this device features four heads in order to produce a clearer picture. Its DVD player component uses progressive scan video-out, to produce visual qualities of no less than 480p. Not only does this device play tapes, but it also records onto them. This is a fast and easy way to record live television. The gray-black color goes well with the majority of silver or black televisions, creating the look of a cohesive entertainment system.
