Like new and looks it. Seller accidentally broke an electrical connection when packaging but, informed me immediately so that I was aware. They even provided a partial refund, on top of an already great price, to make up for the mistake. Packaged very well and labeled to prevent damage. I highly recommend and look forward to doing more business with daveyo212.

The monitor was unused as described and while it has problems due to its age, it is to be expected from something that is over 20yrs old and has been sitting in a box for decades, thankfully none of them were caused by shipping or by the seller being careless.
