It was packed in styrofoam packing that sticks to the items and got all over the floor. It will take some effort to get them off the plates and off of the floor. The items received were exactly as described. Although the box was undamaged, the appliance attachments were "loosely" packed and a sharp blade cut the "unprotected" white plastic base of the processor. The base nor the attachments were wrapped, nor properly corralled in a box/bag keeping them from damaging the plastic exterior of the base. The description included an instruction book and a spatula but were NOT included in the box. Value=good. CARELESS PACKING
