The seller was great about promptly refunding me the purchase price. This is an honorable seller, and I would consider buying from them again.

None of this was shown in the picture or stated in the description, lowers the figures value and would of paid less than I did had I known. It was packed and shipped well. I had explained that the Battle Beasts were my son's when he was like 6 and had been stored away in a closet with other old toys for decades. Obviously they didn't come from a collector as he is, so I really knew nothing about these figures specific issues.
