A rare case of a US seller with stock in hand rather than relying on a warehouse to forward a book - often any book - less often the right book. Item received was not brand new as listed and wasn't even sealed. CD should have been listed as "used-like new." The case had smudges and some scratches while the disc and booklet looked like new. Item was shipped in a plastic padded envelope and arrived undamaged.
