But what was really special was how the pin arrived. It was double wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, then in another layer and finally the package there was a lovely hand written thank you note. It was such a great personal touch . She took care as any scratches or damage would ruin the pin. I would not hesitate to order something from her.
