The batteries were already in the head, I could not find the switcher object for the glowing head at first. This figure is truly amazing and I love it. But it is definitely used. Packaging was great and the value was as expected with shipping and everything. As I said, it was described as brand new and unopened, but it was touched in some way. Maybe it was a manufacturer error but it was definitely used
