There was a problem with the UK customs, which held them up for a few days. I contacted the sender who quickly replied that he would reimburse me any extra costs I had to pay. After a few days I got a letter from Parcelforce requesting payment of extra VAT. I did this and the parcel was delivered next day. As soon as I reported the extra payment to the sender, eBay repaid me.
