I contacted the seller to see if he/she would be willing to work with us on a return. The response was very negative and unprofessional. I responded to give them another chance to make it right and the seller chose to be unresponsive. The toy was undamaged on arrival but it’s worth noting that the packaging arrived with holes & damaged.
