It was obviously not new as advertised as there was no damage to the wrapping yet there were 2 gouges on the tray about 18" long. I will say that seller is in the process of working with me but thus far not to my satisfaction. Main complaint - it was damaged before sending.

They notified me immediately & had no problem refunding me since the item wouldn't be in stock for over a month. My refunded had processed yet & they again reached out to make sure that I had initiated the refund which I thought was great customer service.
