The package was very dented even though a large fragile sticker was on the box. It also had some bubble wrap. Biggest issue, the seller did nothing fix the issue. I was told there wasn't another one to exchange. I was asked what I wanted to happen. I do not feel it is the responsibility of the buyer to suggest to a seller what they need to do to fix the issue. 1/2 my purchase is unrepairable. Once, it’s dropped off at the shipping carrier it’s out of my control of how the package will be handled. When shipping I do the best in protecting the package as mentioned by buyer(bubble wrap, shipping paper fragile stickers on package. I told the buyer I didn’t have another item for me to exchange it, did stated to reach out to eBay for the next appropriate steps(return, partial refund, etc). Buyer did none of that.
