The seller promptly replied to my question (sent after I placed my order), and the box arrived barely dented. I was pleasantly surprised since it traveled halfway around the world. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

The package was expertly packed as there were NO dents on any of the 3 puzzles. Also: the seller had prompt communication with me re: my questions and partially refunded the shipping cost so I was only charged exact shipping. Excellent seller and I will be doing business with them in the future. A+++

Seller happily offered with money back or to send puzzle again. Seller refunded money. Communication was good. Once tracking number was given, and item posted, no more movement from the carrier service was provided. Might be good for seller to follow through as postal service post covid is poorly. I did received another puzzle from this seller that arrived perfectly.
