The mascara was thick and pasties. It was very old or used. I would say the quality was poor due to this. I would say the appearance was poor/ bad due to the damage tp the tube and the dry mascara. It was a poor value due to the misrepresented condition of the product. Buyer beware.

Looks like a sticker was removed from the casing. I worked for a cosmetic company. We put damaged stickers on our returns & threw them out with the trash. People actually went dumpster diving for our used products. I believe my purchase was found in a dumpster & put on EBay as new with box!! It was not new & there was no box!! Your garage product is on its way back to you!!

I understand it was to be sold in Saudi Arabia, not the USA! Besides the fact that the seller mislead me on this purchase, the product was dried out and barely coated the brush! This experience was not only frustrating, but the seller is dishonest! I feel they should not be able to sell on eBay!

I feel very good that I received a good product at a great price. Communication with seller was good, at first It hought I'd have to wait for relpy to 1st question. Stress on my part, but questions were answered in good time. First purchase to have shipped to our new home in Panama and using a freight forwarding service.

The box was damaged but everything inside of the box was undamaged. Great working with this seller. Great communication. The item was delivered sooner than promised. Will be buying more from RSK Cosmetics in the future.

I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.
