I messaged them about 1-3 delivery after purchase and after 5PM and within 20 minutes had a response, they refunded my purchase and set it up to where i could select the different shipping at check out. It shipped the following morning which was a Friday and I got it Monday, all the way down in south Louisiana. AC guy coming to install it now. The wife is happy as can be. Product is exactly as described. Absolutely the best to work with on a purchase. Thank you HVACMOTORS.
