The condition is new. The value in the blanket is in how long they last keeping my horses dry, giving them protection from the elements. These turounts have a rugged, waxed outer shell and a straightforward appearance.

I appreciate the value this seller ads to the blanket by keeping the prices affordable. However, this second shipment arrived with a squashed box that seemed to have been pieced together. Still a great product although the plastic zipper bag the blanket is in had also been damaged in shipment, but not the blanket that I can tell.
