Despite a mix-up in orders (which was rectified EXTREMELY quickly - I was told to keep the wrong item (free of charge) and the new one was on its way), the packaging for both (as described & extremely good value for money) mugs was 2nd to none which enabled them to arrive, within their advertised delivery dates, without any damage/breakage & made the postage cost non-existent! Excellent communication; would absolutely recommend seller.....AAA+++!!
