He said that e-Bay did that shipped notice without his consent. (I don't think so!) He wanted me to buy more stuff, so he could save on shipping. Still has item listed at same price and same shipping cost that I paid. Buyer acknowledged receiving this, but never decided on their preferred solution, then stopped replying. They then randomly accused me of fraud and posted this feedback.

I can't down grade the seller as lost items in the post was not his fault.
