Despite being listed as new-open-box, the handsets had minor signs of usage that only became apparent upon closer inspection. Based on the seller's excellent reputation, I doubt this was intentional; just a simple oversight. After disassembling and thoroughly cleaning all parts, everything looks — and functions — as good as new. Great seller, great communication.
