Contacted the seller who was extremely apologetic and searched to see if they had a second spare item (card) to resend. Unfortunately they didn’t have a second to send, so they issued a full refund. Communication was great with the seller and very professional. Can’t fault the service, just unfortunate about the postage.

Hard to believe he's nearly as old as me, as he's in great condition overall, with minimal play wear (except for the anachronistic MkII sten gun, which could almost be from a different toy considering its poor condition). Very well packaged and promptly dispatched, although the package attracted significant customs charges as it was not sent through Global Shipping.
