Seller offered a remedy for exchange, but with my ineptness with computers I dont know downloads. I have a rating of 100% , not 99. You dont get that by not treating everyone with absolute honesty . If things were reversed I would send it out at once. 1-my mistake, 2 buyer has 100%rating. 3 and(it would) be returned , I wouldnt be out that much! T.
