But I ordered an Yugioh Lightsworm playing mat and I received the wrong playing mat. I messaged the seller and he said he was gonna do something about it and keep the mat. About a week past with no updates or replies back. So I opened a case. The next day the seller replied back. The seller said if the case is open he won’t be about to update the tracking number and send the mat. So I closed the case. The buyer has now received a fully refunded replacement and able to keep the original mat sent.
