But it’s so good that EBay has my back and issued me my full refund! I wasn’t obligated, I accepted the return to avoid hassle. I also provided a legitimate certificate and photos showing the item under my professional 365nm UV light: no reaction. I had combined her orders and refunded the extra postage. When I processed the refund, I deducted that postage I already given back. She wasn’t happy.
